The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider and vote on proposed amendments to the Declaration and Bylaws of the Roundhouse Resort Vacation Plan Owners’ Association. These amendments are intended to:

1. Move Up the Sunset Date: Adjust the timeshare plan's termination date to December 31, 2024, to expedite the termination of the program.
2. Establish a Sale Process: Provide a structured process for selling the property, reducing potential legal expenses and delays associated with a court-supervised sale.

The proposed changes aim to streamline the termination and sale process, ensuring fairness and maximizing value for all owners. Owner participation is crucial, as a 67% approval is required for these amendments to pass.
