Welcome to the next chapter of Roundhouse Resort. After thoughtful planning and preparation, the Roundhouse Vacation Plan Owner’s Association is moving forward with a court-supervised auction of the property, scheduled for August 4–6, 2025. This marks a significant step in the resort’s Reimagination™ process.
Sales and marketing officially launched on June 19, 2025, with Realty One Group managing on-site showings. The Association has partnered with Crexi, a premier online auction platform, to manage the public sale.

Owners will receive a one-time cash distribution following the close of all unit sales. This approach ensures transparency, equity, and efficiency in allocating proceeds among all former interval owners. Final distributions will reflect:

Roundhouse Resort Update- May 25, 2025
Everything remains status quo at this time. We are actively working with legal teams to ensure that we have a marketable title for the sale of Round House. This legal process is essential and is expected to take a few months to complete. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these necessary steps.
Co-Owner / TIC Usage and Fees in 2025:
• Co-Owners / TICs who have paid their 2025 maintenance fees may continue using their designated week in 2025.
• If the property is sold before a reserved usage period, those who have paid their fees will receive a refund.
Maintenance Fees:
• As things currently stand, no Co-Owner / TIC will be billed for maintenance fees or special assessments unless they elect to use their week.
• The Association remains committed to a timely sale of the property in order to minimize future costs to all Co-Owners.
Roundhouse Resort Update- April 23, 2025
We’re pleased to share that, as of March 10, 2025, over 78% of owners voted in favor of amending the Declaration to convert Roundhouse Resort from a timeshare model to traditional condominium ownership.
Effective May 1, 2025, Lemonjuice Solutions has been appointed as the new property manager. We bring expertise in transitioning aging resorts and are committed to managing this process in the best interest of all owners.
We’d like to thank Capital Vacations for their years of service and recognize the dedicated on-site team that has consistently supported owners and guests.
